Ordinance 2006-543-E was enacted by the Jacksonville City Council on June 13, 2006.  It adds Section 656.420 to the Jacksonville zoning code and also amended Section 656.1601 to add the definition for Flying Craft.  You can click on the bars to the left to read the entire ordinance on this web site or link to the Jacksonville city web site.
