Please help us fight this ordinance by contributing to our legal defense fund.  It is very unfortunate that you can be unfairly persecuted and win in court but still pay a lot of money in legal fees to prove you are right, but that is the way it is.  The city has, compared to me, an unlimited legal budget of taxpayers money to throw away fighting this in court.  I have to dig in my pockets with a very limited budget.  This type of battle can easily cost from five to ten thousand dollars. 

I am doing this not just for myself, but for aircraft builders and owners and property owners everywhere.  This ordinance can not go unchallenged.  Please contribute what you can.  All contributions will go directly to legal fees to fight this ordinance.  If there are any funds left over they will be donated to the EAA.
